The film stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kathryn Harrold, Darren McGavin and Sam Wanamaker. In the film, Harry Shannon, an elderly FBI agent, recruits Mark Kaminski, an ex-FBI agent turned Sheriff to destroy a mafia organization.
