Max Giorgio Choa Minghella (s. 16. syyskuuta 1985 Hampstead, Lontoo) on englantilainen näyttelijä ja elokuvantekijä.
Minghella teki debyyttinsä elokuvassa Bee Season (2005). Myöhemmin on tähdittänyt elokuvia Art School Confidential (2006), The Social Network (2010), The Internship (2013) ja Spiral (2021). Hän näyttelee tällä hetkellä Nick Blainea Hulu-sarjassa The Handmaid’s Tale – Orjattaresi (2017–).
Minghella teki debyyttinsä ohjaajana vuonna 2018 musikaalielokuvallaan Teen Spirit.
Minghellan isä on jo edesmennyt Oscar-palkittu elokuvaohjaaja Anthony Minghella.
